Thank you for choosing Why Bookmarked. Please review our refund policy regarding our Pro subscription plans.
Non-Refundable Policy
- All payments made for Why Bookmarked Pro (Monthly or Yearly) are non-refundable.
- Once a subscription is active and the payment is processed, we do not provide refunds for the remaining period of the subscription.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Exceptions for Refunds
We only consider refund requests in the following extraordinary circumstances:
- Persistent Service Failure: If the service is unusable for a significant period (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to internal server errors on our part that we are unable to resolve.
- Product Decommissioning: In the event that Why Bookmarked is permanently discontinued or decommissioned, we may provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining unused portion of your subscription.
Subscription Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the web dashboard or by following the link in your Paddle receipt. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made, but no partial refunds for the current period will be issued.
